Do Other Agents Show My Home?
Answer: YES! We cooperate with all real estate professionals. Agents from other offices frequently show and sell Assist-2-Sell listings.
Do You Work With Buyers?
Answer:YES! Our agents provide full service for buyers as well as sellers. In addition to our own fine selection of homes, we can also assist buyers in viewing homes for sale through the MLS and new homes offered by local builders. The best part for buyers is that they get this professional assistance at no cost.

How Do I Know What My Home Is Worth?
Answer: We help you! We prepare a free comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) using the same technique as appraisers. This will assist YOU in determining the correct price for your home. This approach takes into consideration the current competition of similar homes. We also review sales for the past year or so to compare market times and selling prices. What do you do that is different from other Realtors?
Answer:What distinguishes Assist-2-Sell from other real estate offices is that we charge sellers a flat fee commission and we give sellers a choice of marketing options not typically offered by other real estate companies.
What is the benefit for a buyer to call Assist-2-Sell??
Answer:One benefit is that because Assist-2-Sell charges sellers a low flat fee and is saving thousand of dollars, that in many cases the seller can price their property more competitively than competing houses in the market place, making our listings more attractive to buyers.
Another benefit is that many of our listings are exclusive to Assist-2-Sell and are not in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so you won’t find them elsewhere. We can also show buyers, in addition to our listings, the listings of any property in the MLS. In addition we also have a full time buyer’s agent, Sheri Katz (skatz@assist2sell.com) who works exclusively with home buyers. We are a full service Real Estate Brokerage.
Why don’t you put your listings in the MLS?
Answer:We frequently do. We give sellers the option whether or not to put their property in the MLS, although not all of our listings are in the MLS.
Why would a seller withhold their property from the MLS?
Answer:To save thousands of dollars in commissions that would be paid to an outside buyer’s agent. There are many sellers in this market that don’t have the equity to pay the additional commission to an outside buyer’s agent.
If we already have an agent, does Assist-2-Sell allow their listings to be shown if the property is not in the MLS?
Answer: Yes. We encourage all of our seller clients to allow their property to be shown by other agents

Answer:We work with John Fesler at Humboldt Home Loans jfesler@humboldthomeloans.com. With 30 years experience we feel he is the best, most knowledgeable and experienced loan professional in the area.
Does the Assist-2-Sell method work?
