Thank you for assisting me in the sale of my Eureka home. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical of using a discount real estate company in such a competitive market. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the only thing that is discounted with your company is the commission that I paid out of escrow. Your low commission allowed me to discount my asking price without affecting my overall profit.
Over the years I have dealt with numerous agents on several different transactions. The service that you provided me was among the best. I especially enjoyed the frequent calls with updates on scheduled showings. My only complaint is that my house sold too quickly (within the first week!) for me to utilize more of your service.

I am a little confused. The name of your business is "Assist-2-Sell" yet you continuously update me on listings I might be interested in buying. I thought that our relationship would be over after the quick sale of my home last month. However, you seem committed to providing me with real estate service after our contractual obligations have expired. I guess this is what you mean by claiming to be a full service company.
